Order Status Milestone Guide

1. Order Confirmed

Your payment and size selection are fully verified. Our warehouse team starts sorting your BAPE pieces, including camo shorts, logo tanks, glitter tees and limited BAPE STA footwear. No changes to items or addresses can be made after this stage.

2. Preparing & Packing

Staff carefully fold, inspect and secure your streetwear goods. All apparel and sneakers get branded protective packaging to prevent scratches or fabric damage during transit. For kids’ Baby Milo items, extra soft wrapping is used.

3. Shipped In Transit

Your parcel has been collected by our partnered courier. Real-time location scans will refresh every 6–12 hours. International shipments may show slower updates due to customs clearance checks.

4. Out For Delivery

Local delivery driver has your package in route. Please keep your delivery address accessible and stay reachable via phone for handover.

5. Delivered

Package successfully signed for at your shipping address. If you spot missing items, defective prints or sizing issues, submit a support ticket within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Local HK Orders: 2–4 working days after shipment
  • International Standard Shipping: 7–14 working days
  • International Express Shipping: 3–6 working days Note: Customs inspections, regional holidays or weather delays may extend estimated delivery windows slightly.

Frequently Asked Tracking Questions

Q1: My tracking shows no updates for days, what should I do?

New shipments often take 24–48 hours for courier systems to register the tracking number. If zero updates appear after 3 full business days, email our support team with your order number for investigation.

Q2: Can I change my delivery address after the order ships?

Once marked “Shipped”, address edits are unavailable. Contact the courier directly using your tracking ID to request hold-for-pickup or redelivery arrangements.

Q3: Tracking says delivered but I never received my package

Check your building lobby, parcel locker, neighbour or mailroom first. If still missing, submit a lost parcel request to our support team with your order details for a full trace inquiry.

Q4: Do kids’ collection orders ship separately from adult apparel?

Multiple-item orders ship as one combined parcel unless individual pieces exceed size/weight limits. All Kids 1st Camo shorts and Baby Milo goods will share the same tracking ID.
