Q3: Will I get a full refund if I cancel my order before shipment?

A: Yes. For fully paid unshipped orders, full payment will be refunded to your original payment account. Refund arrival time varies by payment channel: Cards (7–14 days), PayPal (3–7 days), Bank Transfer (5–10 days).

Q4: Are there any hidden checkout fees?
