By browsing or purchasing from getbapes.it.com, you fully accept these Terms together with our Shipping, Payment, Privacy and Return Policies. We sell authentic A BATHING APE goods including BAPE STA, kids camo wear, ABY MILO, BAPE x CLOT collabs and BAPE BLACK series. If you disagree with any terms, stop using our site immediately.

2. Account Rules

  • Users must be aged 18 or above to place orders.
  • You must provide true personal details and keep your login password secure.
  • We may suspend or ban accounts for fraud, fake information, repeated policy breaches or multiple duplicate accounts.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in HK Dollars, excluding shipping fees and customs duties.
  • We reserve rights to adjust prices and correct typo errors before payment confirmation.
  • Product photos are for reference only; minor color differences from screen displays are not defects.
  • Stock is subject to real-time updates. Sold-out items after payment will be fully refunded.
  • Limited-edition collabs are final sale and non-refundable.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is verified. Unpaid orders auto-cancel after 24 hours.
  • We accept cards, PayPal and local HK digital payments as listed on our Payment page.
  • Chargebacks without valid return proof will lead to account suspension.

5. Shipping

All deliveries follow our Shipping Policy. Import duties and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot mark parcels as gifts. Address changes are unavailable once shipped. High-value BAPE STA sneakers require signature delivery. Returned undeliverable packages need new shipping fees for re-delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Standard apparel may be returned within 14 days unused with original tags and packaging. Footwear, limited collabs and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. Send return photos to os_us@bape.com for approval before sending items back. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection. Buyer covers return shipping unless goods arrive damaged.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, designs and text on this site belong to getbapes.it.com. No copying, reselling or commercial use without written permission. Unauthorized counterfeit promotion will result in legal action.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not scrape data, launch cyberattacks, spam abusive messages or resell bulk goods without official cooperation. Violators will face account bans and legal reporting.

9. Promotions

Discount codes expire on the stated date; stacking multiple coupons is not allowed unless stated. Invalid leaked codes will be voided. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. Liability

We guarantee all items are authentic. We are not liable for losses caused by couriers, customs delays, natural disasters or incorrect customer information. Our maximum compensation equals the order’s total payment amount. Minor stitching or color differences are not eligible for compensation.
