1. Shipping Regions & Rate Standard
All product prices on our website are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$). Shipping fees are calculated separately based on your delivery destination and order weight.
Local Hong Kong Delivery
- Standard Shipping: HK$60 flat rate; FREE shipping for all orders over HK$800
- Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days after warehouse dispatch
- Courier: Local Hong Kong logistics provider
- Service includes door-to-door delivery with tracking updates
Asia Region (Mainland China, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia)
- Flat shipping fee: HK$129
- Estimated transit time: 5–9 working days
- Customs clearance may cause short delays depending on local customs inspection
Global Rest of World (Europe, America, Australia, Middle East etc.)
- Flat shipping fee: HK$189
- Estimated transit time: 8–15 working days
- All international parcels carry full tracking numbers till final delivery
Weight Reminder
Heavy bundles including multiple BAPE STA #4 sneakers, kids full camo outfit sets will not incur extra overweight surcharges. Our site offers unified flat-rate shipping for all regular orders.
2. Order Processing Timeline
- Payment Confirmation We start processing your order only after full payment is verified by our finance team. Payment confirmation notification will be sent to your registered email os_us@bape.com.
- Warehouse Preparation Our staff inspects product authenticity, folds apparel, packs footwear with original dust bags and tags. Standard processing time: 1–3 business days.
- Dispatch & Tracking Release Once your package is handed over to couriers, a tracking number will be emailed to you immediately. You can look up real-time logistics status on our Order Tracking page.
3. Important Delivery Rules
Customs & Import Duties
For all overseas shipments, import tax, customs duty and clearance fees are borne by the recipient. Our store does not cover any local customs charges. We cannot mark parcels as “gift” to avoid customs inspection per international logistics regulations.
Delivery Address Requirements
Please fill in your complete, accurate shipping address including postal code, contact name and active phone number. We do not support address modification after the parcel is dispatched. Wrong address leading to delivery failure will result in return shipping costs deducted from your refund if you request return.
Signature Confirmation
All high-value goods (BAPE STA sneakers, limited collab series) require signature on receipt. If no one is available to sign at delivery time, the courier will leave a collection notice for you to pick up at the nearest service point.
Undeliverable & Returned Parcels
If the parcel is returned to our warehouse due to invalid address, refused delivery or unclaimed package, customers need to pay a re-delivery fee if they still want the goods. Refund requests will deduct original outbound shipping cost and return logistics fee.

Q1: How can I track my package?
A: After dispatch, we will send your unique tracking number to your mailbox. You can enter the order ID and email on our Order Tracking page to view live logistics updates. If you fail to receive the tracking email, contact os_us@bape.com with your order number.
Q2: My tracking status has not updated for several days
A: International cross-border parcels often pause updates during customs clearance. Please wait 3–5 working days. If there is still no movement, send an email to our support team to launch a courier investigation.
Q3: Can I choose express faster shipping?
A: Currently we only provide standard tracked shipping for all regions. Expedited express service will be launched in the future, please follow our New Arrivals page for updates.
Q4: Do you ship to PO boxes?
A: We do not deliver to PO box addresses for security reasons. Please provide a physical residential or commercial address for successful delivery.
Q5: My package arrives damaged, what should I do?
A: Take clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged items within 48 hours after receiving goods, then send all photos and your order ID to os_us@bape.com. Our team will arrange replacement or partial refund after review.
